Front Desk cum Admin (Aparthotel)

 Responsibilities:

 • - Maintain positive customer relations, and stay updated on products/ services.

 • - Monitor communications, answer queries, and suggest alternatives.

 • - Manage front desk operations (Check-in/Check-out), and provide butler service.

 • - Monitor properties status, daily system operation, and update procedural documentation.

 • - Handle, record and analyze complaints through various channels.

 • - Perform administrative office tasks (data entry, filing, OTA).

 • - Assist in managing with cleaning staff.

 • - Ensure accuracy in payments and records, and manage monthly expenses and stocks.

 • - Liaise with third parties.

 • - Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

 Requirements:

 • - Required to work holidays and weekends (Fri & Sat).

 • - Preferably with 1 year of related experience.

 • - Strong administrative skills.

 • - Competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with office software.

 • - Trustworthy with confidential information.

 • - Basic communication skills in English and Malay preferred.

 • - The ability to maintain a positive demeanor & smile while working..

 • - Proficient in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptable to new challenges. Resilient under pressure.
