Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
• Maintain proper grooming, conduct, and effectively present the company and its services.
• Engage in day-to-day sales activities, including telemarketing, sales calls, visits, entertainment, and virtual presentations.
• Master the sales process: build rapport, use open questioning, follow up, manage expectations, resolve conflicts, handle objections, close deals, gather post-feedback, and follow up on outstanding & long-overdue payments.
• Acquire new sales leads to expand the client base and promote enrollment in the loyalty program.
• Foster and develop relationships with existing clients, managing leads and inquiries by providing prompt and suitable solutions.
• Familiarize and diligently utilize various company systems and sales tools, collaborating with the operations team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide timely responses, updates, and latest market information, including analyses.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and present performance analyses.
Requirements:
• Possess SPM, diploma, or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Preferably a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Able to work flexible hours, if required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Basic spoken English skills preferred.
• Competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with office software.
• Demonstrates responsibility, initiative, professionalism, and teamwork awareness.
• Capable of thriving in fast-paced environments while maintaining resilience.
• Immediate availability is an added advantage.
