Property Maintenance Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- - Manage daily inspections, contractor supervision, and defect resolution.
- - Investigate breakdowns and faults for prevention.
- - Conduct pre-handover inspections before tenant move-in.
- - Address and resolve tenant complaints promptly.
- - Coordinate with contractors for defect rectification.
- - Respond to property emergencies and report to GM.Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including defect documentation, and attend weekly meetings for progress updates.
- - Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- - Possess a diploma/degree in Facility Management/Engineering or equivalent.
- - Preferably a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
- - Availability to work holidays and weekends is preferred.
- - Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- - Basic communication skills in English and Malay are preferred.
- - Demonstrates responsibility, initiative, professionalism, and teamwork awareness.
- - Capable of thriving in fast-paced environments while maintaining resilience.
