Terms & Conditions


1) A hotel day starts at 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 p.m. of the following day.
2) Our standard check-in time is from 2pm to 6:00pm.
3) Sufficient advance notice should be given before 4 p.m. If guests unable to arrive before 6 p.m. There is an additional charge of RM 40.00 for guests who check-in at later 10.00p.m.

Payment and deposit:
4) Hotel fee must be clear before check-in to the hotel.
5) For those who unable check-in on time (2p.m.-6:00p.m.), please settle the payment and notice before 5 p.m., or guest’s booking will be cancelled automatically.
6) Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit. Payment is accepted in the form of Master Card, Visa Card, Union Pay, PayPal and cash in Malaysia Ringgit only.
7) A copy of Identity Card/ Passport from guests is requested for security purpose, details will not be disclosed to third party.
8) Guests are requested to book additional rooms if the occupancy are exceeding the amount of guest as fixed.
9) Guests are required to pay the damage deposit of RM150.00 per unit as incidental charges. Deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to damage inspection of the apartment.

10) Our Check-out time is between 9a.m to 12p.m. .Staff shall make a joint inspection with guests before check-out.
11) Ensure that all the keys, remotes of electrical appliances, adaptors and WIFI extender are well collected in to the tote-box and return it to our staff at the time you check out.
12) Hotel guests bears financial liability for damaging, destroying or take away the hotel's equipment and technical devices due to their fault or due to the fault of their visitors.

Cancellation Policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival, or will be charged with the total price if they cancel within 1 day before arrival.
