1. Return and Exchange Policy

Customers need to inspect the condition of the goods and may exchange/return the item immediately at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:

  • The item is not the correct type or model as ordered or as shown on the website at the time of purchase.
  • Insufficient quantity, incomplete set as per the order.
  • External damage such as torn packaging, peeling, or breakage. Customers are responsible for presenting relevant documentation to prove the shortcomings to complete the return/exchange process.
2. Regulations Regarding Notification Time and Sending Returned Products
  • Notification time for returns: within 48 hours from receipt of the product in cases of missing accessories, gifts, or breakage.
  • Timeframe for sending returned products: within 14 days from receipt of the product.
  • Location for returning products: Customers can either bring the item directly to our office/store or send it via postal service.
